Minnesota River

MHM conducted a side and down imaging sonar survey of the Minnesota River from St. Paul to past Belle Plaine and a walking survey to Henderson. Access and download MHM's Minnesota River report on the Project Report page.

minnesota River Project Report
MHM recognized several archaeological sites along the Minnesota River shoreline between St. Paul and Henderson. We also recorded one major underwater and maritime terrestrial archaeological site in Belle Plaine, the Belle Plaine Levee and Swing Bridge Remains Site (21-SC-98, 21-SB-27) located in Scott and Sibley Counties.
